Teddy Fest, a heartwarming community event filled with music, dance, and family fun, has raised an incredible £2,177.77 for three local charities, while creating a truly unforgettable day for families across the region.
Held at Southport Market, the event brought together families in a joyful celebration of togetherness, kindness, and community spirit. With music, dancing, and activities for children, Teddy Fest created a space where laughter and connection were at the heart of the day.

While fundraising was a key aim, organisers say the impact went far beyond the total raised.
“Teddy Fest was full of magic — the kind you can’t plan, only feel,” said the organisers.

“It was about families coming together, children laughing, and hearts opening. It reminded us that we really are better together.”
The event raised £2,177.77 for three local charities: Bebe’s Hive UK, Elsie’s Story, and Alice’s Wonderdance, supporting their ongoing work within the community.

Teddy Fest was proudly hosted through a collaboration between Rhythm Time Southport, Preston South and Ormskirk, Babyballet Southport, Formby & Crosby, and Pebbles & Treasures – Parties & Events, all of whom are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for children and families.
The event was also supported by national businesses, including Promotional Products World, who generously donated over 150 teddy bears — ensuring that every child attending received a special bear to take home in their goody bag.

Every hug, every giggle, and every act of generosity contributed to the success of the day, with organisers expressing heartfelt thanks to all who attended and supported the event.
“To everyone who came, supported, donated, and believed in us — thank you. You didn’t just attend an event; you helped create something truly wonderful.”

Photography from the event was beautifully captured by Miss Kayles Photography, helping to preserve the magic and memories of the day.
With such an overwhelming response, organisers hope Teddy Fest will return in the future, continuing to bring communities together in celebration and support of important local causes.
