Time is running out for Southport residents to enjoy a huge £11 saving per ticket for the 100th anniversary Southport Flower Show!
The 2024 show, sponsored by Seventy Ninth Group, takes place at Victoria Park from this Thursday until Sunday (15th-18th August) with an exciting line-up of show gardens, floral marquees, cookery demonstrations, celebrity gardeners, TV celebrities and more. It will be officially opened by Southport-born Radio 1 DJ Adele Roberts.
Southport Flower Show offers an exclusive money-saving discount for local residents living in the PR8 and PR9 postcodes in town where they can save £11 each on the gate price. That means you pay just £18 instead of the gate price of £29.
Children under 16 go free with paying adults.
But you need to hurry – as the offer runs until the end of Wednesday (14th August 2024).
Southport Flower Show – the largest independent flower show in the UK – is organised each year by the Southport Flower Show charity, which uses proceeds from the annual event to maintain the 34 acre park for people in the town to enjoy.
The four venues where you can get your discounted Southport Flower Show tickets are:
- The Atkinson, on Lord Street
- The Lions Shop on Liverpool Road in Ainsdale
- RS Fine Chocolate on Botanic Road in Churchtown
- Busy Body’s on Liverpool Road in Birkdale
Southport Flower Show General Manager Alan Adams said:
“Southport Flower Show is Southport’s premier event, with proceeds reinvested back into our town.
“We want to give something back to local residents who have supported the Show over so many years. No other event does anything like this.
“With this offer, which is exclusive to people living in the PR8 or PR9 postcodes in Southport, you could save £11 each on the gate price. That means you pay just £18 instead of the gate price of £29.
“With children under 16 going free with paying adults at Southport Flower Show, a family of four could enjoy a full day of entertainment for just £36, which we believe is fantastic value.
“The discounted tickets will be available until 14th August only, but will not be available once the Show begins, so make sure you get yours now!

Southport Flower Show, sponsored by Seventy Ninth Group is the UK’s largest independent flower show and attracts over 55,000 visitors every year. It will take place over four days from Thursday 15th August to Sunday 18th August 2024.
Southport Flower Show will have some special guests this year from the likes of Adam Frost of BBC Gardeners’ World, David Domoney of Love Your Garden and CBBC’s Blue Peter and CBeebies Star Justin Fletcher.
It will be officially opened by Southport-born BBC Radio broadcaster, TV star and DJ Adele Roberts.
