Armed Forces personnel, veterans, cadets and their families are invited to join each other and enjoy a special Armed Forces Community Lunch at Silcock’s Pier Family Restaurant and Balcony Bar in Southport this weekend.
People are welcome to call into the venue, on the Promenade, following the annual Remembrance Sunday service organised by Southport Royal British Legion in Southport town centre this Sunday (10th November 2024).
Silcock Leisure Group Operations Manager Serena Silcock-Prince said: “Join us in honouring and remembering all those who served this Remembrance Sunday.
“Following the Southport Remembrance Sunday Service and Parade on Sunday, 10th November 2024, we invite you to a special Armed Forces Community Lunch at Silcock’s Pier Restaurant and Balcony Bar.
“Enjoy a classic Southport Fish and Chips lunch offered at a discounted price. Plus, relax with drinks at the stunning new Balcony Bar—just a quick walk up Nevill St from the Memorial.
“This event is open to all, but please remember to bring your Veterans ID or Armed Forces ID to join us.
“Let’s come together to remember those who served. The Royal British Legion Southport and Silcock’s look forward to welcoming you.
