Queenscourt Hospice is delighted to welcome Slimming World Southport as a sponsor of this year’s Star Trekk 2025.
Slimming World Southport is an ongoing supporter and corporate partner of Queenscourt, with the organisation proudly sponsoring the event for two consecutive years.
Many of Slimming World’s consultants and members have personal links to the hospice and have supported Queenscourt through previous events and fundraising initiatives.
The team has previously raised funds through raffles, group collections, and community events. One of their consultants, Dee, took part in Strictly for Queenscourt last year, while this year, Fiona and Kelly from the team are skydiving in aid of the hospice – having already raised over £1,500. They’re also hosting a pre-loved sale at The Fleetwood Hesketh on April 27th to continue their fundraising efforts.

“Queenscourt Hospice is a cause close to many of our hearts, and sponsoring Star Trekk felt like a meaningful way to give back and show our appreciation. We’ve sponsored this event before, and many of us take part every year – it’s something we’re really proud to support.
“It’s also a brilliant way to encourage our members to get active in a fun, supportive environment, helping them work towards their Body Magic awards.
“This year, many of us will be walking alongside fellow consultants, members, family, friends – and even a few four-legged companions! It’s a wonderful opportunity for our Slimming World community to come together and do something truly special.”

Star Trekk is one of Queenscourt Hospice’s flagship fundraising events – a fun, uplifting 10k night walk through Southport that brings the community together in memory, celebration, and support.
