Businesses in Sefton are invited to a Cyber Security Workshop taking place this March. 

InvestSefton is working in partnership with AdaptiveComms, a Southport based telecommunications business, to host an immersive ‘lunch and learning’ session on cyber security and fibre connectivity.  

The event takes place at The Lake House, Crosby Coastal Park, Cambridge Road, Waterloo L22 1RR between 10am and 2pm on Wednesday, 13th March 2024. 

Attendees can learn more about improving businesses digital resilience. 

It is open to any business based in Sefton. 

A complimentary buffet lunch will be provided during the workshop. 

The informative session will cover: 

  • Insights from industry experts including: 

– LCR Connect – Learn about how it can help your business thrive in the digital world 

– UK Global – Hear from a Cyber Insurance expert how to protect your business from the financial threat of a cyber attack 

– AdaptiveComms will talk about the threat of cyberattacks including real life examples and what you can do about it 

  • 1-1 sessions with experts 
  • Free Cyber and Fibre Business Audit 
  • Exploration of regional connectivity and fibre infrastructure advancements 
  • Networking opportunities  

This event will provide an opportunity to take part in interactive activities and discussions on cyber security, connectivity innovations, and will provide guidance on cyber insurance.
