The Vincent Hotel in Southport town centre has launched a new February Specials set menu.

Diners at the venue on Lord Street can enjoy a range of delicious dishes specially created by Head Chef Alex Howarth and his talented brigade for just £20 per person for two courses – a starter plus a main course – with some tantalising freshly-created petit fours to finish.

The Special February menu is available every day from Monday through to Friday throughout February, excluding Valentine’s Day.

The Vincent Hotel is famous for the quality of its cuisine, and for its sushi, which is among the options on offer.

With Chinese New Year being celebrated this February, there is also a Chinese themed main course that you can select, along with some delicious vegetarian options.

The courses include:

Starters

Tempura Broccoli, Red Chilli & Miso Sauce

Soup of the Day

Caesar Salad, Smoked Pancetta & Poached Egg

Mains

Wild Woodland Mushroom Linguine

Small Gringo Platter (10 pieces)

Egg Fried Rice, King Prawns

The full a la carte Vincent menu is also available for anyone who would like any further choices.
