Sandway Homes, a leading developer committed to setting new standards in quality living, proudly announces the launch of its latest property development, Molyneux Gardens.

Located on Buckley Hill Lane in Netherton, this £12m project marks a significant milestone in addressing the region’s housing needs while enriching local communities through its council housing and market sale properties.

Covering 3.6 acres, Molyneux Gardens offers 63 thoughtfully designed homes, ranging from 50 to 138 square feet, as either two to four-bedroom mews, semi-detached or detached houses, reflecting Sandway Homes’ diverse offering and dedication to quality.

Lin Powell, Managing Director of Sandway Homes, said:

“We are proud to announce Molyneux Gardens as we aim to promote the prosperity and growth of the local area. With a focus on quality and community, this development serves as the foundation of future families and communities”.

Providing diverse housing options for residents, 18 of these homes will be acquired by Sefton Borough Council, representing the council’s first new housing initiative since 2006. The remaining 45 homes, ranging from £230,000 to £350,000, will be released in lots, with the first 11 available for prospective buyers to reserve now.

Each home in Molyneux Gardens has a strong EPC rating of B and an electric vehicle charging point as standard. High-efficiency boilers, heating systems and energy-efficient designs further contribute to reducing the neighbourhood’s carbon footprint, aligning with Sandway Homes’ commitment to sustainability.

This project has been made possible through collaborative efforts and financial support from key stakeholders. The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s allocation of £1.05 million, alongside a Supplementary Capital Estimate of £2.2 million from Sefton Council, has played a crucial role in the development of Molyneux Gardens.

A core principle of Sandway Homes is its commitment to community reinvestment. All profits generated from the property sales within Molyneux Gardens will be paid back to Sefton Council. This ensures that each development is actively contributing to the enrichment and development of the local community.

Lin Powell, Managing Director of Sandway Homes, said:

“At Sandway Homes our mission is clear, to enhance lives and raise aspirations, one home at a time.

“Molyneux Gardens is a positive investment for the people of Sefton. Providing much-needed homes, this project demonstrates our dedication to creating inclusive communities while prioritising affordability and accessibility.

“Our values of integrity, quality, and community drive everything we do. We are not just building homes; we are building futures and investing back into the local community.”
