It’s encouraging to see this beautiful property on Lord Street in Southport town centre, next door to Connards Jewellers, ‘Under Offer’ with Fitton Estates.

It’s brilliant to see more investment happening in Lord Street, described by so many as ‘the jewel of Southport’.
We all want to see Lord Street bustling, occupied and thriving!
This was one of four Fitton Estates properties along Lord Street which I spotted with ‘Under Offer’ signs across the windows today.
It’s a really positive sign – I’m excited to see what they all become this year and what they’ll add to Lord Street.
There are massive opportunities, with: work beginning shortly on building the nearby £73m Marine Lake Events Centre; the Open Golf coming to Southport next year; Cove Resort on the way; Southport Enterprise Arcade opening soon; and millions of pounds of public realm improvement work happening in Southport Market Quarter.
There are still some other opportunities for investors and business leaders along Lord Street, one of the most beautiful and one of the longest shopping / eating / commercial roads in the UK.
