The Phoenix pub in Southport is closing its doors this weekend.
Staff at the pub, at 2-4 Coronation Walk, in Southport town centre, will pull their last pints this Saturday (7th January 2023).
They are inviting people to head down and join them for its finale.
Laura Carey from The Phoenix said: “This Saturday is The Phoenix’s last day of trading, so get yourselves down to the last night of karaoke.
“We will be singing and dancing the night away. So come and say farewell with us.”
The Phoenix is a family run bar and restaurant located in the heart of Southport just 50 yards away from Lord Street.
It has a fantastic reputation for their well maintained and choice of cask ales.
Many regulars will remember the Southport’s Got Talent nights which were held there every week.
With two big screen TVs and many more around the premises, customers have been able to enjoy watching top class football matches on SKY TV, and BT Sports and Amazon Sports, with home cooked food on offer.
