Southport Trinity AFC have celebrated the club’s 125th anniversary with an unforgettable event at The Grand in Southport.
Former Liverpool FC and Wales striker and TalkSport presenter Dean Saunders shared stories about his career as the guest speaker, while there was also entertainment from comedian Jamie Sutherland, comedian and compere Brendan Riley and live music from Girls That Mix.
The event on Saturday (4th May 2024) saw guests from the club enjoy a delicious three course meal and raise funds for the club through a sale of memorabilia and a raffle.

“The Grand Southport were fantastic in their set-up and service on the night.

“Dean Saunders was down-to-earth and entertaining, and the performances by Jamie Sutherland and Girls That Mix were outstanding.
“Special thanks to Bren Riley for hosting flawlessly and to those who helped organise the event.
