Southport Oktoberfest organiser and Elite Events CEO Mark Dilley said:
“We’re ready for you Southport!
“Despite the weather forecast, Oktoberfest is still full steam ahead! Rain or shine we are still set to open the doors on Friday at 6 pm and look forward to welcoming everyone.
“Our huge covered beer hall is ready, the beer is chilling, and the Bavarian Stompers are getting warmed up!
“We’re just days away from our biggest Oktoberfest yet! There has been huge interest in all three sessions.
“Come and join us during one of three sessions on 23rd and 24th October at Victoria Park in Southport for an unforgettable weekend.
“If you’ve been thinking about getting your tickets, now is the time! Don’t be the one watching everyone’s stories wishing you were here!
“Currently the Saturday daytime is on the last 15 tickets. We have just released 2 more VIP tables for the daytime on Saturday too.
“We have groups of friends coming; we have a Sten Party (Stag and Hen); loads of people who are coming back after enjoying the atmosphere last year!
“Oktoberfest fancy dress is always welcome!
“We have pulled out all the stops to make this the best event possible.
“A lot of our VIP tables have already sold out.
“We have some superb giveaways, including the chance to win a year’s supply of beer courtesy of ABK Brewery.
“As well as German beers, we’ll also have cocktails, spirits, wines, ciders, non-alcoholic drinks and more available.
“During the sessions, we’ll run some fun challenges too where you can win some great prizes.
“Our host with the most, Kam, is back again to keep the party going, along with the brilliant Bavarian Stompers!
“Last year the atmosphere was electric throughout the weekend and we expect the same again.
“It’s a party you won’t want to miss!”
