Owner Dan Johnstone developed his passion when he visited The Amalfi Coast and spent some time in Naples, the home of Neapolitan Pizza.
It gave him the inspiration to perfect his homemade pizza dough and follow the authentic methods of cooking pizzas.
4 – Pie and Mash
