Most Southport businesses remain OPEN as new restrictions come in today – and they need your support more than ever.
New Tier Three rules are now in place across the Liverpool City Region, which has meant the closure of some bars and pubs, some gyms, betting shops, casinos and others.
But shops, restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salons and others are still open.
Many pubs and bars are busy adapting, increasing their food provision, and operating new takeaway services.
For the past few months, local businesses have put a huge array of Covid safety measures in place so people can be assured that they are shopping or dining in a safe environment.
Stand Up For Southport is the community voice for Southport and we would love to hear your positive stories.
We are working together with Southport BID to shout out the message that most businesses remain open.
Please let us know what you are doing to adapt – why people should continue to shop local – what’s new – what’s due to open both this year and next.
Southport WILL get through these tough times, but we need to pull together and support each other through this.
Please message or email us and we will be happy to shout about why people should be supporting Southport.
