“We’re delighted to be once again running our unique discount scheme for Southport residents to come and enjoy your Southport Flower Show!

“This very special occasion has been taking place at Victoria Park in Southport ever since 1924 – it is a massive part of our town.

“We attract around 55,000 visitors from across the UK which provides a substantial boost for local restaurants, shops, bars, hotels, guest houses and other local businesses.

“Southport Flower Show is Southport’s premier event, with proceeds reinvested back into our park and into our town.

“The event is run by a charity which maintains the 34 acres of park throughout the year for local families to enjoy.

“We want to give something back to local residents who have supported the Show over so many years. No other event does anything like this.

“With this offer, which is exclusive to people living in the PR8 or PR9 postcodes in Southport, you could save £12 each on the gate price. That means you pay just £20 instead of the gate price of £32.

“With children under 16 going free with paying adults at Southport Flower Show, a family of four could enjoy a full day of entertainment for just £40, which we believe is fantastic value, especially in addition to the great value travel offer through Merseyrail.

“The discounted tickets will be available until 19th August only, but will not be available once the Show begins, so make sure you get yours now!”
