SME telecommunications business AdaptiveComms has announced its partnership with North West Air Ambulance Charity with its latest service; Adaptive Phone.

Adaptive Phone is the firm’s latest hosted telephony solution specifically tailored for GPs and the Healthcare sector.

Recently, AdaptiveComms, which is based on Hoghton Street in Southport town centre, has become an assured supplier on the NHS Better Purchasing Framework for Advanced Telephony, as well as achieving its ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditations.

AdaptiveComms is determined to deliver a patient-based solution making the lives of general practices easier while also giving back to the local community.

For every Adaptive Phone sold, a portion of the proceeds will directly fund the life-saving missions North West Air Ambulance Charity embarks on daily.

David Briggs, Operations Director at the North West Air Ambulance Charity, said:

“We have been working with AdaptiveComms for a number of years now and have seen first hand the quality of service and software they provide.

“We’re delighted to partner with them with Adaptive Phone to help aid both our outstanding healthcare workers and aid in our charity’s mission.”

AdaptiveComms CEO James Brayshaw said:

“This isn’t just about technology; it’s about leveraging our resources to make a tangible difference where it’s needed most.

“We’re honoured to help aid in the incredible work the North West Air Ambulance Charity does.

“At the same time, we are excited to work with GPs and the Healthcare sector across the UK and help provide the latest solution.”
