Southport & Birkdale Sports Club paid partnership
The annual S&Beer Fest returns this Bank Holiday Monday (31st August 2026) with families able to enjoy watching S&B take on Southport Rugby Club in a fun community cricket match.
Gates open at midday for another day of fantastic live sports, family entertainment, a wide choice of beers and ciders, and live music.
Today’s live music line-up includes Danny Jones, Connor Farrell, and more, until 11pm.
For the fifth year running, people can enjoy the S&Beer Fest at Southport & Birkdale Sports Club on Trafalgar Road in Birkdale.
Tickets for adults each day are £7 on the door.
Children under 18 are admitted free.
This year, S&B and Southport Rugby Club have been working closely together on a series of fundraising events for Elsie’s Story and Southport Soup Kitchen, strengthening ties between the two clubs.
On Monday, they will be facing off in an S&B v Southport Rugby Club cricket match.
Street food vendors on-site will include JT Akshaya (authentic Indian street food); Tik Taco (Mexican street food); Cake Corner (cakes, sweets and treats); Purely Slice Pizza (wood fired pizza); plus catering from Totally D’Vine.
People can enjoy the event inside the S&B clubhouse and in a luxury marquee, installed by Elite Events.
Sound and lighting is provided by Moonlight Events.
