The world famous Red Arrows are set to fly over Southport today (Saturday 28th August) on a transit flight from Blackpool! 

They are due to leave Blackpool at 5.30pm and fly over Southport at 5.32pm, although times may vary. 

If you spot the Red Arrows over Southport – please post your pictures into our Stand Up For Southport Facebook group!

They are due to fly along the coast from Blackpool then turn inland at Southport pier and over Hesketh Park.

The Red Arrows have been an incredibly popular sight at Southport Air Show over the years. 

The RAF’s aerobatic display team will be using Blackpool Airport as a stopping off point for their scheduled appearance at the Isle of Man bank holiday airshow.

Afternoon departure time: 17.30 pm.
