Queenscourt Hospice is delighted to announce that Specsavers Southport will once again be supporting this year’s Star Trekk event as one of their valued sponsors.
A long-standing supporter of Queenscourt Hospice, Specsavers Southport has consistently gone above and beyond in helping to bring our community together through fundraising and community engagement. Retail Director Victoria Dunn has played a particularly active role over the years, previously taking part in Strictly Queenscourt and even running a half-marathon in aid of the hospice.
Their support at last year’s Star Trekk was truly outstanding, helping to bring life, energy and plenty of sweets to Eastbank Street, where they created a fantastic atmosphere for trekkers.
This year’s support is even more special as Specsavers Southport celebrates an incredible 35 years in business, marking over three decades of dedicated service to the local community, providing expert eye and hearing care in the heart of Southport.

About Star Trekk
Star Trekk is Queenscourt Hospice’s popular 10k sponsored night walk, taking place on Friday 8th May 2026. Starting from Adventure Coast Southport, the event brings thousands of people together for a fun-filled evening while raising vital funds for local hospice care. Since its launch 20 years ago, Star Trekk has raised over £1 million in support of Queenscourt.
Tickets are £23 for adults and £12.50 for children under 16, with all participants receiving a T-shirt and medal.
