Having embarked on its journey at 107.9 FM on April 1st, 2019, Mighty Radio has become an integral part of the community, offering a platform for local voices and a source of entertainment and information.
Station Manager Paul Tasker reflects on the challenges faced during the past five years, expressing gratitude to the Presentation Team, listeners, and sponsors who have been part of the station’s remarkable journey.
Despite unforeseen obstacles such as the pandemic, Mighty Radio remained committed to its broadcasting code, providing essential local information, support, and hosting various fundraisers and events within Southport.
