United Legal Assistance moved into its new home in the former Crown Post office building on Lord Street in Southport town centre last year.

“This Certificate is a core qualification for insurance staff working across all sectors of the profession..
“It provides a grounding in basic general insurance principles including the regulatory environment, key disciplines of underwriting and claims, in addition to popular products such as motor, household, healthcare and packaged commercial insurances.
“This is a heavyweight professional qualification and something that ULA bears all of the cost.
“The Certificate is worth around £2,500 if purchased separately, and takes between 12 and 18 months to study for.
“Moreover – when our colleagues qualify for the certificate, we will reward them with a £1,000 pay rise to celebrate!
