One of the country’s leading Pilates teachers is coming to Southport with a new training course.
Gaby Noble, owner and founder of London’s award-winning Classical Pilates Studio, Exhale Pilates London, is looking forward to her visit north.
She has chosen to team up with Southport studio Pilates Works to launch its ‘Master Mat teacher training course’ outside of London.
This is the first time Exhale Pilates London has collaborated with a regional studio to run its course and they hope that this is the first of many.
Pilates is a career that enables you to work around your family, choose the hours you work and get paid for something that you love.
Gaby, who trains many celebrity and elite athletes, including Harry Styles, Premiership footballers and MMA fighters said: “We’re looking at developing quality teachers in the Southport and the North West region.
“We see so much opportunity for encouraging people, especially after lockdown, to rethink life, make a change and carve out a career that pays well and works around family and other commitments.
“We’re delighted to be collaborating with Pilates Works on the launch outside of London.”
The course also potentially offers local Southport residents work at Pilates Works in Southport studio once qualified.
They have teamed up with Bliss Hotel on the Promenade to offer a package for its London teachers and the course delegates if they live outside of the area.
Exhale is an approved training provider of CIMSPA which helps regulate Sports and Physical activity in the UK. The course is taking place on 29/30 November.
