The new A La Carte Menu has been revealed at The Grand in Southport – and it features all the most popular dishes from the last five menus.

The new menu showcases the dishes the diners have loved the most.

It makes this one not to be missed, but also one where deciding which dish to order might be a tough decision!

There is a choice of six sumptuous starters: White Devon Crab; Seared King Scallops; Chicken Liver Parfait; Cheddar and Ham Hock Croquette; Burrata; or Lobster Bisque.

Salads and Fish include: Confit Duck and Sesame Salad; Grilled Scottish Salmon; Classic Caesar Salad; Beer Battered Haddock; or Sea Bream.

Colin said: “I have been here for a year now, and we have had five A La Carte menus since I have been at The Grand.

“We have decided to take the best sellers, the most popular dishes, from those five menus and put them all into one menu that we know our diners will love.

“Whether it’s grilled Scottish salmon, English lamb, white Devon crab or any of the other dishes, we know that these are the ones that will be really well received.

“These are exceptional dishes at a reasonable price point that customers will enjoy.”
