The new Sinclair’s Bar, Cocktail Lounge & Rooms is set to launch in mid-March, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of one of Southport’s most beloved establishments.
Formerly known as Peaky Blinders Bar, the decision to rebrand to Sinclair’s pays homage to the legacy of its founder, John Sinclair, who sadly passed away, and celebrates the rich traditions of whiskey bars and public houses in London and New York.
Sinclair’s, on the corner of Lord Street and Seabank Road in Southport town centre, promises to blend old-world charm and contemporary flair.
The extensive refurbishment will also see the creation of four new jobs in the local community.
Inspired by the timeless allure of traditional whiskey bars and public houses, Sinclair’s will continue to offer a vast selection of cask and draught beers, a new classic cocktail menu, and an extensive wine list.
In addition, Sinclair’s Cocktail Lounge next door to the main bar will offer an exclusive and intimate setting for cocktails and drinks, complementing the vibrant atmosphere of the main bar area.
The Cocktail Lounge is also available for a wide range of private events.
The decision to rebrand from Peaky Blinders Bar to Sinclair’s reflects the bar’s evolution, and the enduring legacy of its founder, John Sinclair. His vision for creating a welcoming space where friends can gather, share stories, and create memories will live on in every aspect of Sinclair’s.
