The stars of our community will have their pictures taken by Kevin Brown Photography at the 2023 Pride Of Sefton Awards.
The glittering event takes place at The Grand on Lord Street in Southport this Friday (28th April 2023).
There are 13 Awards being presented at the event following an overwhelming response.
Organisers received over 1,200 nominations from people in Southport, Formby, Crosby, Bootle, Maghull and elsewhere in the borough.
Photos at the event will be taken by acclaimed local firm Kevin Brown Photography, which is run by husband and wife photographers Kevin and Carole Brown.
They are well known across the North West for photographing hundreds of weddings, corporate gatherings, events, and other celebrations.
Kevin and Carole said: “In our seventeenth year of photographing weddings and events. The first six years of these were in London and the Home Counties until relocating back to Southport in 2013.
“We are both born and bred in Southport – we used to walk home from school together!
“Our business has gone from strength to strength, it has been a privilege and a pleasure to work with so many wonderful people over the years.
“We both feel very honoured to be part of this fantastic awards ceremony at The Grand, there will certainly be plenty of tears and cheers.”
The Pride Of Sefton Awards are organised by Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group and Stand Up For Southport with support from media partners In Demand Radio.
The ceremony will be hosted by In Demand Radio presenter Claire Simmo and TV presenter Fraser Dainton, with entertainment from singer Kelly Bond and the band Soul Train.
Southport BID is sponsoring the drinks reception at the event.
Money raised on the night will go towards the ICU Steps charity and The Steve Prescott Foundation.
