Businesses in Southport and across Sefton will soon be able to apply for the third and final round of the Business Recovery Grant.

Southport BID is alerting firms that The Growth Platform is launching the third and final round of the Business Recovery Grant on Thursday 26th November 2020.

Firms in Sefton can apply for the grant if they have been trading since before 1st March 2020 and have been impacted by COVID19.

Applications should only be made for grants to assist with COVID19 recovery and not ‘business as usual’.

Due to high demand in previous rounds, the third round will use an alternative system.

In line with some other regions grants will be allocated via a ballot system.

Between 10am & 4pm on the 26th November you will be able to register your interest in the grant via a link on the Recovery Grant page.

On Friday 27th a ballot will take place and the first 50 businesses from the visitor / hospitality sector and the first 65 businesses from the wider economy will be offered the opportunity to complete and submit an application form for consideration.

More information on this grant including FAQ’s can be found on the Recovery Grant page of the Growth Platform website.
