Smiths TV has launched its Black Friday Mega Sale on TVs, audio and household appliances.

It’s perfect timing for people watching the 2022 World Cup!

The independent family–run firm matches all the big chains and major online firms on price but crucially it offers a top quality local service and lots of friendly faces ready to help customers with any questions.

Smiths TV Director Mark Wright is encouraging people to ‘Shop Local’ and to support local firms as they look to bag the biggest bargains.

Smiths TV has shops in Southport, Ainsdale, Formby and Burscough, while its website and impressive new warehouse means that it can supply goods with next day delivery to people across the UK.

Mark said: “It used to be Black Friday, now it’s more like a Black Friday month.

“It’s great news for shoppers, because it gives them lots of opportunities to make great savings in the run-up to Christmas and, this year, with the World Cup starting soon!

“We are now hosting our biggest Black Friday sale ever, with some fantastic deals for people across our four stores, and also on our Smiths TV website.”

This year Smiths TV has invested £1 million on a huge new warehouse near Burscough in West Lancashire.

It allows them to stock all the biggest brands and sell them at competitive prices, before ensuring they deliver them to people quickly.

The firm is famed for its wide range of quality TVs but it also sells and installs other white goods including built-in appliances, washing machines, dryers, washer dryers, cookers, ovens, microwaves, soundbars, multi room audio, radios, fridges, freezers, fridge freezers, dishwashers, and small appliances such as air fryers, bread makers, heaters, irons, kettles, toasters and vacuum cleaners.

The list of brands that customers can choose from is extensive and includes: Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sony, Bosch, Neff, Miele, Hotpoint, Hoover, Candy, Indesit, Sonos, Roberts and Siemens.

Mark Wright said: “We recently invested £1 million in opening our brand new warehouse near Burscough.

“It means we are able to stock a huge range of goods and offer even better deals for our customers.

“We match-price all the big boys so our customers know they are getting the very best price.

“But on top of that we also offer the top quality customer service, expertise and passion for what we do that you won’t be able to find online or in one of the big chains.

“Try and walk into one of the big chains and find the same customer assistant twice! You won’t find that at Smiths TV, where many of our staff have been with us for many years.

“One of our colleagues, in our Ainsdale shop, has been with us, man and boy, for 40 years. It shows that we look after our staff, and that people enjoy working here – and from a customer’s point of view, you cannot beat that local knowledge and expertise.

“We are very much here to help with any questions people might have, whether that’s about purchases they are looking to make, or with any questions in the days and weeks afterwards.

“We have four great shops in the Southport, Formby and West Lancashire area, while our warehouse means that we are able to offer next day delivery nationwide.

“When you look at our prices and then consider everything we offer on top of that, there is really no reason to shop anywhere else.”
