A claims handler at United Legal Assistance in Southport is celebrating earning a prestigious industry qualification.
Jane Usher is now the proud holder of a Level 3 Certificate in Insurance by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
This Certificate is a core qualification for insurance staff working across all sectors of the profession and is a further example of how much ULA invests in training and developing its colleagues.
It is worth around £2,500 if purchased separately, and when employees qualify, they are rewarded with a £1,000 pay rise to celebrate.
Earning the qualification has also seen Jane receiving promotion to Senior Claims Handler.
Jane has worked for United Legal Assistance for the past five and a half years. She returned to the firm in January after having a baby and has been undertaking the CII course for just over a year, completing exams in between.
This is a great achievement for Jane and a massive win for the business.
