The TNF Group (Thursday Night Football) who have raised over £1,000 for Bebe’s Hive UK through their game at Fleetwood Hesketh in Southport on Sunday.

Greg Pennington said: “The TNF Group play at The Ainsdale Club 8 a side every week.
‘There is a group of 40 plus players who rotated and many close friendships formed.
‘It’s a year old and on Sunday we went to Fleetwood Hesketh for 11 a side game, raising more than £1,000 raised for Bebe’s Hive.’
Bebe’s Hive CIC is a safe place where little hearts can heal after loss.
At Bebe’s Hive CIC, their gentle, creative child grief support aims to help children find comfort, express their feelings, and begin to heal — turning love and memory into something beautiful through art, play, and imagination.
A Bebe’s Hive spokesperson said: “Despite the wind and rain, Sunday’s football match went ahead in true southport spirit – and what an afternoon it was.
“Huge thanks to everyone at TNF in Southport for their incredible support for Bebe’s Hive.
“We’re so grateful to our wonderful worker bees Natalie, Vicky, Annie, and our honorary bee Harriet, who braved the weather, spread our word, and sold some hiver merch to help keep Bebe’s Hive buzzing – we do this so we can open as soon as possible and stay open for as long as possible.
“This grief journey and the chaos of everyday life can so often stop us in our tracks, but it’s because of our amazing support network – our family, friends, and this beautiful community – that Bebe’s Hive can keep doing its thing.
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing beside us through it all. You’re helping us build something truly special, in memory of our beautiful Bebe.”
