“One of the ingredients was Golden Sands beer, made by Southport Brewery. Beer and pies go very well together!
“It also includes steak, potato rosti, Stornaway black pudding and Drambuie whisky sauce.
“All our award winners will be on the menu.
“Thjis Saturday and Sunday we will have street food on for people to enjoy./
“During Sunday we will have our famous Sunday roast menu available too.
“We will also be swelling Southport Festival Beer and Golden sands from Southport Brewery.
“Heck Brewery will be doing a Tap Takeover too.
“I love the idea of Southport Beer Week.
“I believe in promoting real ale, real beer, and promoting the fact that Southport has such a lot of great places offering hand pulled beers.
“It should bring the town together with all the venues working together to promote this event.
“I hope people enjoy coming to explore all the different venues we have in Southport. It’s a great reason for people to come and stay over in Southport too”
