Southport is getting set for a spectacular night of entertainment at The Grand in Southport for Queenscourt Hospice this summer with two X Factor stars, a Britain’s Got Talent star and THREE floors packed with unmissable entertainment.
A Grand Night Out for Queenscourt Hospice will take place at The Grand, on Lord Street, Southport town centre from 7pm on Friday 24th July 2026.
Artists will include:
Ray Quinn – X Factor
Anthony Russell – X Factor
Andrew Curphey – Britain’s Got Talent
The evening will be hosted by two of Southport’s most well-known presenters – In Demand Radio presenter Claire Simmo and local singer Kelly Bond.
Top DJs playing including Baz Todd, Sunset li and Jon Jessop.
There is a glittering array of superb local singers too including Jenny Wren, Claire Campbell, Lois Ross, Jeanne Croft, Terry Woods, Evie McDermott and more.
A Grand Night Out for Queenscourt Hospice will see the venue transformed by Enhance Events while the night will be captured by local photographers Dave Brown of Dave Brown Photography, Kevin and Carole Brown of Kevin Brown Photography and Rory Roberts of 808 Studios.
Mikhail Hotel And Leisure Group is hosting this special community event to support Queenscourt as our local hospice faces serious financial challenges.

Headlining will be Ray Quinn, who wowed audiences across the UK runner-up on X Factor in 2006, finishing in second place to winner Leona Lewis.
He starred as Anthony Murray in Brookside from 2000 to 2003; won the fourth series of Dancing on Ice in 2009; and was the winner of Get Your Act Together in 2015.
Anthony Russell is a Liverpool-born singer who gained fame on The X Factor UK, finishing third in Series 15.
He competed in the Boys category mentored by Louis Tomlinson and finished in third place, behind runner-up Scarlett Lee and winner Dalton Harris.
Andrew Curphey reached the Semi-Finals of Series 17 of Britain’s Got Talent. He was a drama teacher and when asked why he was auditioning, he said: “I always tell the children that they need to push themselves completely out of their comfort zone and take opportunities, so I am practicing what I preach.”
Every ticket sold at A Grand Night Out For Queenscourt – The Grand helps support Queenscourt and ensures their vital services continue for those who need them most.
