Sterling Estate Agency Director Mark Jackson

Southport’s newest estate agent has seen its first boards go up today, after a hectic first four days of business.

Sterling Estate Agency launched on 1st December with an unbeatable offer to waive its fees on the first 10 homes it sells.

The company has enjoyed a huge response, with 17 properties coming onto its books already.

Now they’re appealing for more homes to sell, with a number of potential buyers already lined up.

Sterling Estate Agency is also pledging to donate proceeds from some of its sales to a different local charity each quarter with Queenscourt Hospice in Southport being the first beneficiary.

Director Mark Jackson said: “I’m delighted to see our first boards go up today!

“It’s been a hectic first four days of business for us with 17  – yes, 17! – properties coming onto our books to sell which makes for a busy weekend of viewings, not to mention the sales we have already agreed.

“I have been blown away by how big the demand still is for property at this time of year and we have more buyers registered with us than we have properties to sell which means we need more.

“So I am extending our offer to sell your property for free for another 10 properties so if you’re thinking of selling or already have a property on the market but don’t feel you’re getting the right service then please give me a call on 01704 601012 or send us a message on Facebook for a no obligation, free valuation.”
