This Wednesday (August 26) will be the final ‘Walkabout Wednesday’ at the ground.
People are invited to enjoy a stroll around the Pure Stadium on Haig Avenue in Southport between midday and 1pm.
The club has been inviting fans to visit the stadium every Wednesday during the past few weeks for a socially distanced walk around the pitch.
A Southport FC spokesman said: “We have seen a fantastic number of people coming along to see the work on the pitch and stretch their legs with a few laps of the ground, it has been great to see.
“If anyone would like to be part of a socially distanced Walkabout Wednesday group photo on Wednesday please be in the ground at 12.15pm and we will arrange for one to be taken.
“We will be continuing with regular updates from James and Ian in the build up to the new season so please continue to submit any questions to [email protected]”
