Southport College is inviting professionals working across the Liverpool City Region’s travel and visitor economy to enrol on its new Customer Service and Leadership training course

Southport College is inviting professionals working across the Liverpool City Region’s travel and visitor economy to enrol on its new Customer Service and Leadership training course, designed to strengthen leadership capability and equip teams with the skills needed to deliver high-quality visitor experiences and support the region’s continued growth.

The visitor economy in the Liverpool City Region is worth £6.2bn and employs over 58,000 people, playing a vital role in local prosperity. With customer experience at the heart of this success, the new course focuses on equipping teams with the skills needed to deliver exceptional service while building leadership capability across organisations.

The training is tailored for those working in visitor-facing roles, including:

●     Receptionists

●     Front of house teams

●     Customer service and customer care staff

●     Hotel, hospitality, and wider visitor economy roles

Participants will develop practical skills in customer communication, problem-solving, team leadership, and service excellence, helping businesses to improve satisfaction, build loyalty, and enhance their reputation in a competitive market.
