People are being invited to celebrate St George’s Day with an Open Day at Southbank Tennis Club in Southport.
The event takes place on Saturday 23rd April 2022 from 10am – 4pm.
The club is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Rookery Sports Ground at 63 Roe Lane. Adults and children are welcome to try out our courts and all equipment will be provided, just bring your trainers.
Southbank LTC is a very friendly, family-orientated club and welcomes players of all ages and abilities. Members can play tennis any time throughout the year on our five all weather courts, two of which are floodlit. Social tennis is played regularly and the club enters three teams in the Southport and District Tennis League.
The club has a well-equipped clubhouse and social events are held regularly, with friends and family welcome. The club offers well-established adult and junior coaching programmes with our LTA licensed coach. Southbank is registered as a Learning Destination with Sefton Children’s University.
If you are new to the game, wish to brush up your tennis skills or just want to get active, come down to the Rookery on Saturday 23rd April. Special membership offers will be available on the day!
