The Bold paid partnership
People are invited to get dressed up and party the afternoon away with a special 80’s Comedy Bingo event this weekend!
The Save Queenscourt Now 80s Comedy Bingo event will raise funds for Queenscourt Hospice.
It takes place at The Bold, 583 Lord Street, Southport PR9 0BE starting at 1pm this Sunday (13th September 2026).
Tickets are £10 each and can be booked here: What’s on in Southport, Hotel Events & Entertainment – The Bold Hotel Bar & Grill
Hosted by the hilarious Bren Riley, this is not your average bingo event.
Expect comedy, classic 80’s hits, singalongs, prizes, and a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.
Dust off your leg warmers, neon outfits, and retro glam — 80’s fancy dress is encouraged!
And when the bingo ends… the party carries on!
DJ Jon Jessop will be keeping the party alive with the biggest and best 80’s anthems.
Brendan Riley said:

“Fancy dress is encouraged! People love getting dressed up for these events, they’re always lots of fun. We’ll have some great prizes to be won too.
“80s music is fantastic. There are so many great tunes, and so varied. You’ll love it! Bring your friends, bring your family, come along and enjoy a great afternoon, while supporting our local hospice.
“It’s a brilliant way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon, in The Bold, which is a perfect venue.”
