People will be able to take a first look inside the refurbished Bold Hotel in Southport when it reopens its doors this weekend.
The iconic venue on Lord Street, in Southport town centre, has been undergoing an extensive refurbishment in both the restaurant and bar area and in its 22 hotel rooms.
You can be the first to experience its bigger, better and bolder new look this Saturday (20th January 2024) when it will be serving drinks only as further work takes place.
The Bold Hotel restaurant and kitchen will then welcome their first diners from Friday, 26th January 2024.

Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group Director of Food Colin Gannon and his team have been working hard to bring you some exciting changes to the food on offer.
It will include elevating the famous Bold Hotel carvery, already considered by many to be the best in Southport.
Manager at The Bold Hotel Priscila Sousa said: “Our customers can look forward to some exciting changes!
“We can’t wait to relaunch our famous Bold Hotel carvery. Our carvery already has the reputation of being the best in Southport, available seven days a week. We now want to make it even better.
“We are going to take our carvery offering up a notch in January, with Colin Gannon and his team working hard on making some changes.
“They are also looking at making the dishes on our main menu even better too.
“There will be lots to look forward to in 2024. It will be exciting, and customers will love the new dishes – but we aren’t revealing any details just yet! We will have a few surprises.
“Please keep an eye out on our Bold Hotel social media pages, where we will be revealing some of the new dishes.
“Our customers will be able to enjoy some nice surprises when they see the new menu.
“We are giving our venue a fresh new look. We will be putting in new carpets, bringing in some new furniture, repainting the walls. We are refurbishing our 22 hotel bedrooms.
“We are keeping our much-loved Red Rum theme, which is so iconic, and which our customers love.”
