Were you there when The Beatles rocked Southport?
Between March 1961 and October 1963, The Beatles played around 30 gigs right here in Southport — across nine different venues!
Back then, they were just starting out, often warming up for acts like Joe Brown at spots including The Little Theatre, The Kingsway Club, and Cambridge Hall — now known as The Atkinson.
As part of an exciting new display in The Atkinson’s local history museum, Between Land & Sea, they are collecting stories, photos, and memorabilia from this incredible time in music history.
Do you have any:
• Photos
• Ticket stubs
• Posters
• Or memories to share?
The Atkinson would love to hear from you!
