Over £2,000 has been raised for the Community Link Foundation thanks to a packed out Comedy Bingo night in Southport, sponsored by Anthony James Estate Agents.
The hilarious and unique event was held last Friday (6th October) as part of the 2023 Southport Comedy Festival.
There is more fun to come at Southport Comedy Festival this week with a new Disco Bingo event added this Friday night (13th October) after the Disco Bingo night this Saturday sold out.

The Comedy Bingo night was a highly interactive show which was hosted by comedian Brendan Riley inside the fabulous Festival Marquee at Victoria Park in Southport.
Southport Festival Director Brendan Riley said: “We’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who helped to raise £2,200 for the Community Link Foundation at our Comedy Bingo show which was sponsored by Anthony James Estate Agents.
“It was a superb atmosphere with a sell-out crowd, it was great to see everyone.

“We had some amazing prizes to give away which were donated by some superb local businesses Halliwell Jones MINI, Crystal Clear Opticians, Vue Cinema, Southport Flower Show and others.
“We’ll be giving away more great prizes from them at our Disco Bingo nights this Friday and Saturday.
“The Community Link Foundation is a fantastic local charity.

“I love the way it is set up to support people in our area who urgently need help and support.
“It does so much good in our local community and performs such a vital role.
