Northwood Southport & Ormskirk estate agents say they are delighted with the success of their first ever Landlord Roadshow.
The special event was held to support local landlords and took place at the Waterfront Southport Hotel.
Property owners were able to meet the friendly Northwood team, ask questions, and hear from expert speakers on a range of subjects.

“We wanted to host the event to support local landlords and make introductions to specialists in the industry.
“Subjects covered included the Renters Rights Bill and all the implicated changes, and rules for landlords to follow to ensure they are fully compliant.
“Our Northwood team were pleased to welcome existing landlords and meet new people who are landlords or looking to be landlords.
