Having opened fully last week, the new Season Coffee, Bar & Kitchen in Southport has enjoyed a successful first week and will be looking to launch an introductory food menu from this Monday.
After almost four months of work to refurbish the former Coral bookmakers on King Street, the business is now enjoying the vibe that has come with the introduction of the new look Southport Market, which sits directly opposite.
Whilst offering a unique specialty coffee experience, the team at Season will now offer breakfast and lunch options, with an evening small plates menu soon to be announced and carefully designed to match their range of craft beers.
They will continue to support other local businesses such as Blackhurst Butchers, Django Coffee Company, Liverpool Lost Dock Rum and The Gluten Free Baker to provide some of the best produce available, whilst going further afield for their unique and specialist beer range which includes favourites such as Ayinger, Fruli and Delirium on draught.
A small, but carefully selected wine list is designed to keep things simple whilst keeping with the premium theme.
There seems to be a real buzz about this place, which aims to offer a relaxed, social atmosphere where people are invited to try new and exciting things.
The team have been able to offer a variety of coffee options from Columbia, El Salvador and Uganda in order to gain feedback during a busy first week and will continue to be guided by their audience as things develop.
With only a few weeks until the start of Autumn, the shop will undergo another transformation around early October to represent the features of this great British season, with autumnal colours and cosy lighting to make people feel at home.
The team at Season Coffee, Bar & Kitchen are inviting all Southport residents and visitors to the town to come along and experience what they have to offer. As another great addition to the Market Quarter, it is just another reason to visit this area of town.
