Home Bargains is preparing to open a brand new store in Formby, creating up to 80 new jobs.
The firm is currently advertising for people to work at its newest site, at the former Homebase site on Stephenson Way, just off Formby Bypass.
The new store is due to open this June.
Builders are currently working hard at the two-acre site, creating a purpose-built retail warehouse with a separate garden centre.
Shoppers will be able to browse and buy the latest Home Bargains ranges from homeware and garden accessories to household groceries and toiletries.
A Home Bargains spokesperson said: “Our new Formby store is due to open in June.
“As such, we will soon be recruiting upwards of 80 new staff members, including store supervisors, store assistants and store cleaners, and would encourage those interested to keep an eye on our careers website (jobs.homebargains.co.uk) for roles being advertised.”
