A new beauty salon has opened in Wayfarers Arcade in Southport.
Local resident Laura Murray has opened LM Beauty, and is the fifth new tenant to move into the arcade over the past few months, bucking the national trend.
30-year-old Laura, a fully trained beautician, has worked in the beauty industry for eight years. She started as a retail artist in Selfridges whilst studying at Manchester Met university where she achieved a degree in photography.
Laura said: “I have been self-employed for six years and the time is right for me to now start my own business by introducing a luxury salon into Wayfarers.
“I wanted to open in Wayfarers because I love the idea of a collection of exceptional businesses all offering unique products or services within one area.

“I will be near the Hair Lounge hair salon, which means together we are able to offer our clients beauty and hair services all under one roof.”
She continued: “I am fully insured and qualified in all aspects of beauty, specialising in bridal make-up, so new clients can be assured they are in safe hands.”
