The successful person will work alongside Fostering colleagues, Communications and Marketing Teams to ensure that our digital campaigns and social media attract as many people as possible.
Working closely with Fostering Team Managers, Training Officers and other colleagues, you will ensure applicants access the right support throughout the recruitment process in a timely way and work on improving data collection to ensure performance is tracked.
The successful person will bring enthusiasm, an understanding of marketing and invest to save approaches. They will have experience of using video and other forms of media to showcase good practice and bring foster carers stories alive.
Salary: £30,451 – £33,782
Location: Sefton
Contract: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time, 36 hours per week.
