InvestSefton hosts Financial & Professional event with spotlight on cyber security and economic growth

Sefton’s Financial & Professional sector businesses are being invited to the next InvestSefton networking group, at Southport & Birkdale Sports Club on Trafalgar Road, Birkdale, in Southport, on Wednesday 29th April 2026.

At the event, guest speaker Paul Benson from the North West Cyber Resilience Centre will be talking about how businesses can prevent cyber-attacks and build resilience.

And Nigel Wilcock from specialist economic development consultancy Mickledore will be speaking about economic development in the Liverpool City Region.

The event lasts from 8.15am to 10 am and breakfast is included. It will be followed with an opportunity for more networking and a business marketplace.

Run by InvestSefton, the Financial & Professional Network meets twice a year.
