The Hairy Bikers will cook up a storm at next year’s Southport Flower Show!
Si King and Dave Myers will be revving up some of their favourite summertime recipes as they make a show appearance on Saturday 20th August 2022.
Si and Dave are known to millions of TV viewers for their culinary tours of the globe. They have just released the cookbook Everyday Winners, containing accessible recipes for you to use everyday to mix things up and keep your cooking exciting!
Together they have fronted over 30 top-rated TV series, hosted Saturday Kitchen and appeared on numerous prime time shows including This Morning, The One Show and Lorraine.
The Hairy Bikers have also published more than 20 cookery books during a career spanning more than 20 years and filmed a TV series in the USA – the Hairy Bikers Ride Route 66 and Hairy Bikers Go North which is on air weekly now exploring the best of northern British food on an epic road trip from east to west.
Si and Dave said: “We are so excited to be coming back to Southport for the Flower Show in 2022.
“It’s two years later than we expected but because of this we are looking forward to it even more!
“The Southport Flower Show really is brilliant and one of the highlights of Summer. We will cook some of our latest dishes, have a really good laugh and look forward to spending some time with everyone. The Bikers are coming! Love Si and Dave.”
They will be cooking live in the Cookery Theatre at 12pm and 2pm. The theatre is where celebrity chefs demonstrate their skills and showcase their signature dishes. We’ve been lucky to have Simon Rimmer, Ainsley Harriott and Jean-Christophe Novelli entertain visitors over the years.
Once you’ve got your inspiration, head to the bustling Food Village where you can sample and buy produce from over 50 independent producers. We’re delighted that next year’s Cookery Theatre and Food Village is sponsored by Home Bargains.

Tickets for next year can be purchased for £20.50 until the end of December 2021. This is a £6.50 saving per ticket compared to the gate price of £27. Children under 16 go free with a paying adult.
