From the Block Fitness is hosting the very first DEKA strong event in Southport on Sunday 19th of January 2025 and is inviting people to get signed up.
Owner Lisa Little said: “DEKA, from the creators of spartan fitness, was created for all levels of fitness and is open to anyone age 10+
“This challenge has just 10 little functional fitness stations and absolutely zero running! It’s the perfect event to kick off the new year.

“The time taken to complete this challenge becomes what DEKA call ‘your DEKA mark’ and ultimately will become this benchmark that will motivate you to continue to train, test, compete and celebrate your fitness.
“Every finisher that completes this challenge will receive a medal, t-shirt and place on the global leaderboard.
“Parents, do you have children aged 10-13? Great, take part with them as a team! Or they can take part with friends or as a solo.
