One of the most iconic buildings in Southport town centre is now available for new tenants after a substantial transformation by the landlord.

The Willow Grove Wetherspoon pub operated very successfully for many years at 387-389 Lord Street and was their number one trading unit in Southport.

Following the firm’s vacation of the site in April, the owners embarked on a £200,000 four-month refurbishment to really make it stand out for a range of possible uses by a multitude of operators.

The site has an exciting flexibility to reopen as a pub, bar, restaurant, or social / immersive leisure venue. The upgrade works were completed in August 2023.
