The former Boxtree Nursery cafe in Churchtown in Southport has gone on sale today – with three inquiries already since the board was put up!
The venue, next to the roundabout on the corner of Manor Road and Cambridge Road, is on sale with Anthony James Estate Agents for £500,000.
Estate agent Jacqui Holt said she has already fielded three inquiries today, predicting “this is going to be quite a popular one!”
The Boxtree Kitchen cafe was a popular venue which sold meals, home-made cakes, hot drinks and cakes in order to raise money for Queenscourt Hospice in Southport.
The hospice bought the venue in 2015 but announced in May 2019 that it was selling the premises, as it looked to prioritise other areas of fundraising. The Box Tree has remained empty since.
