Southport College’s apprenticeship brand, Compete Apprenticeships, is excited to be launching its Leadership and Management training, starting in April.
The training is designed to support local business professionals develop key leadership qualities, improve decision-making, and build confidence in conflict management.
A Compete Apprenticeships spokesperson said: “This fully funded training opportunity allows businesses in Southport and beyond to develop their workforce at no cost, making professional development more accessible than ever.
“It is ideal for new and aspiring managers, team leaders, and professionals looking to enhance their leadership capabilities.
“Spaces are limited, so businesses are encouraged to register early to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity.”
The first session will take place on Wednesday 30th April 2025 from 1pm – 4pm.
