Hosted by BBC presenter Mike Bushell, the IER Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and outstanding service across the electrical retail sector.
Beating competition from across the UK, Smiths TV impressed judges with its continued commitment to customer service, its industry leading website as well as its local store presence in Merseyside and Lancashire
This award adds to the company’s long-standing track record of success. Smiths TV previously won Best Website at the IER Awards in 2015.
Although now operating across the UK, Smiths TV remains firmly rooted in its local identity as a family-run business in the Southport area.
Its team continues to provide expert advice, outstanding service, and personal support to every customer, a reputation built over more than a century.
